Yes. Submissions are published without any name, email, or profile link — only the company, round, optional role, and the question itself are ever shown. Even if you are signed in, your identity is never attached to the public listing.
Every submission is reviewed by hand before it goes live, so there is a delay between submitting and publishing. Submissions that include confidential materials, personal data, or that cannot be verified as a genuine interview question are not published.
Do not paste confidential documents, take-home prompts under NDA, real candidate or interviewer names, or anything that identifies a specific person. Paraphrase the question in your own words — that is more useful to other candidates anyway.
